Being healthy isn't just about eating well, small portions, or keeping away from the 'naughty' foods. It is also about exercising both the body and mind. This weekend I had the opportunity to do just that...to challenge myself both physically and mentally, which was a little harder than usual this weekend - as I am mentally tired from my studies and heading into exam week...well do I need to say more.
I may not have been able to work at my best, I did give it the best that I could...and it was a good feeling to be more physically active - as well as enjoying this annual karate training camp weekend, with all of the wonderful people that make up the group, from various dojos around Sydney and Queensland.
So...don't forget to feed your mind and body, which will help you to gain clarity, peace of mind and rest; rest from overthinking and continuous activity around us.
