Camden Wellness Expo 2026 — A Day That Filled My Cup
The Camden Wellness Expo on Sunday 29 March 2026 was one of those rare, heart‑warming days where everything aligned — the energy, the people, the conversations, the sense of community. The whole venue felt alive with curiosity and warmth, and being surrounded by people who genuinely care about their wellbeing was deeply uplifting.
A Vibrant, Heart‑Led Atmosphere
The expo buzzed from the moment the doors opened. People arrived ready to learn, explore, taste, ask questions, and connect. Every exhibitor brought their own passion and purpose, and every visitor carried a genuine desire to take better care of themselves and their families.
Meeting so many wonderful people face‑to‑face was a joy — hearing their stories, answering their questions, and showing them how simple and empowering food‑as‑medicine can be.
Sharing the Power of Everyday Ingredients
One of the highlights was guiding people through the healing potential already sitting in their kitchen cupboards. Many were surprised to discover how much can be created from humble herbs, spices, and pantry staples — from soothing remedies when someone is unwell to natural cleaning products that support a healthier home.
These conversations reminded me why I do this work: to help people feel confident, capable, and excited about nourishing themselves.
Meeting Inspiring Women in Wellness
A beautiful part of the day was connecting with fellow women who are doing incredible work in their own fields. Each brings something unique and deeply needed to our community:
Dimi from True Eco — offering a thoughtful, effective range of natural home‑cleaning products for a low‑tox living environment.
Raywen Fernandez — blending yoga and Ayurveda to support grounding, balance, and holistic wellbeing.
Monique Peter — the heart behind Learnerobics, helping people of all ages improve reading, learning, memory, and cognitive confidence.
There is so much wisdom, passion, and generosity among these women. Watch this space — I’ll be sharing more about them soon. There’s so much to learn, celebrate, and pass on.
Special Moments With Familiar Faces
One of the most unexpected and heart‑warming surprises of the day was bumping into people I hadn’t seen in a very long time. Those spontaneous reunions added an extra layer of joy — little reminders of how connected we all are, and how wellness events like this bring people back into each other’s orbit in the most beautiful ways.
The Icing on the Cake After a Big Few Weeks
The lead‑up to the expo was full — organising, preparing, creating, refining, and turning my kitchen into a temporary warehouse. It was a little chaotic, a little stressful, and a lot of work… but standing there on the day, surrounded by people who were genuinely excited to learn, made every moment worth it.
It truly felt like the perfect reward after weeks of pouring my heart into the details.
Choosing What to Showcase
With so many possibilities in the world of food‑as‑medicine, deciding what to bring was one of the hardest parts. I wanted to choose items that demonstrated just how much can be created in a humble home kitchen — simple, nourishing, beautiful things that anyone can make.
My hope was that people walked away thinking:
“I can do this.”
“Healthy doesn’t have to be complicated.”
“My kitchen is more powerful than I realised.”
From the conversations I had, that message landed beautifully.
Deep Gratitude
A heartfelt thank you to my family and friends who supported me, encouraged me, helped me produce everything, and patiently lived with a warehouse‑style kitchen for weeks. You know who you are — and I’m so grateful.
The expo left me inspired, energised, and more committed than ever to teaching, guiding, and sharing the magic of food and herbs. I’m already dreaming up what I’ll bring next year.
