Being healthy isn't just about eating well, small portions, or keeping away from the 'naughty' foods. It is also about exercising both the body and mind. This weekend I had the opportunity to do just that...to challenge myself both physically and mentally, which was a little harder than usual this weekend - as I am mentally tired from my studies and heading into exam week...well do I need to say more. I may not have been able to work at my best, I did give it the best that I
